The main particularity of my recumbent is the total control
through a
single “Joystick”.
Moving the grip laterally it steers, pushing it stops with two front
discs, a
lever is used for the rear V brake, two rotating controls for
the front and rear derailleur, a lateral control is used for the
extra
shifter, small mirror and bell complete the thing.
For me this solution was indispensable but if someone is interested,

The steering
is calculated in order to have different movements for the two wheels
(the inner one has an inferior turn - Ackermann).
For the front brakes a balance device exists in order to share in equal
way the brake force. The movement in ahead is however minimal and there
are two spring to
bring back.
All the pivots are on self-lubricating spherical joints and the
bearings are shielded.
